Coach Jeremy began playing pickleball in May of 2017 and competed in his first tournament in March of
2018. Since that time he has gone on to medal in multiple tournaments in Texas and finished first at the
2021 Midsouth Regional Tournament in 4.5 mixed doubles and first in the 2020 Texas Open in 4.0 men
doubles and is a 2 time Nationals qualifier. Jeremy is one of the only PPR Level 2 Rated Professionals in the State of Texas and is a Gearbox Pickleball sponsored athlete.
Jeremy brings a multi-sport background to pickleball which greatly shapes the way he teaches and plays.
He played competitive soccer for 35 years in LA, AL and TX and Co-Founded Albion United FC in 2014, a
Mckinney based youth competitive soccer club where he coached 04 boys and 07 girls. Jeremy also
played high school and adult league tennis and has competitive play experience in Table Tennis and
Racquetball as well. Experience from these different sports has helped him create a Pickleball play style
that easily adapts to many different opponents and situations.
An immersive learner, Jeremy has studied the game of Pickleball for the last 7 years in many ways.
Through traveling to different clubs both in the US and Internationally, he has been exposed to a wide
variety of play styles, techniques, and venues. He has also done extensive study on Pickleball equipment
and can advise on paddles, balls, shoes, etc. Jeremy is an accomplished Pickleball tournament player
and specializes in the physical and mental preparation aspects needed to be successful in tournament
play.
